A. Session Fees
Client agrees to pay photographer the full mini session cost ($350) at time of booking, which is required to reserve your date and time. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee even if you cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, you are welcome to transfer your session to someone as long as the photographer is made aware of the switch.
The $350 covers the time & talent of photographer, professional editing of images, a private online gallery for viewing and sharing photos with family & friends, and a one-time download code for up to 4 print resolution digital files for your unlimited use (including print, email, web, etc). Additional prints and downloads are available for purchase through the online gallery. Additional editing can be purchased as well. Please allow 4 weeks for delivery of gallery.
B. Rescheduling / Refunds
In the event that client needs to reschedule and provides at least 72 hours notice, client may reschedule their session to open mini-session slots (availability is limited). Should client fail to give 72 hours notice or decide to completely cancel the shoot, the session fee will not be refunded.
Refunds will not be given for tardiness, poor choices of clothing, makeup/hair, child behavior, or not following the recommendations of the photographer. Session starts at the agreed upon time. It is strongly encouraged that client arrives 5-10 minutes prior to the start of session.
C. Payment
Booking is not final until payment has been received. All payments are due in full at time of booking.
D. Use of Photography
All photos and images taken by CAS, Inc remain the sole, copyrighted, intellectual property of Photographer.
CAS , Inc may use and distribute the photographs that she has taken of myself and/or my minor child(ren) for business, marketing, or studio purpose
Client is given usage rights for personal use. Usage rights do not allow publication, selling or altering of your images without the photographer’s written permission. It is illegal to screenshot, copy, alter, or otherwise steal any image created by CAS, Inc during client’s photo session. This applies to images posted in the online proofing gallery, social media, or hard copy images.
